Simon has been a Chief Executive in the NHS for 12 years in several different organisations and has previous Director and Board level experience in NHS commissioning and provider organisations after joining the NHS in 2008. Prior to that Simon spent the first 10 years of his career in Local Government, working in different communications, customer services and business development roles at Wyre Forest District Council, Worcestershire County Council and West Midlands Passenger Transport Authority.
