Naisha Polaine has been Executive Director of Growth at Barnet LBC since October 2024.

She was previously Chief Officer for Harlow and Gilston Garden Town, where she led a partnership of five councils delivering 23,000 new homes across four neighbourhoods, as well as two new river crossings, other transport and community infrastructure. She is also a Non-Executive Director at Hill Holding Group Ltd, a top 15 UK housebuilder in London and the South East.

Prior to this, Naisha was a senior adviser to the Department for International Trade,. She has also held senior executive positions at Homes England (formerly the Homes and Communities Agency) and was a Non-Executive Director for Cambridge University on their award-winning North-West Cambridge Eddington urban extension.
