Jackie currently leads the Place, Partnerships and Capacity function at Homes England, as an Assistant Directors in the national Technical Capacity and Co-ordination Hub. Jackie has undertaken a significant body of work to support the Agency to adopt a place focus and a regional operating model that responds effectively to devolution and local leaders. This includes leading the Strategic Place Partnership (SPP) programme with Mayoral Strategic Authorities, of which ten partnerships are now established across England. Prior to this, Jackie led the Agency's Affordable Housing strategy function, securing £11.7bn from HMT to increase the delivery of affordable homes through the AHP 21-26 programme. Jackie also designed and implemented the Strategic Partnership model for affordable housing providers, enabling providers to adopt a portfolio approach to enable the delivery of more housing at scale across the country.
